新手区的朋友需要个LCDTV的可靠性试验方法我这里正好有一个可以参考一下。:)

TestisperformedaccordingtodocumentVSCPACSPEC003,V1.6Dated5/29/1998Purpose
Purposeofthisdocumentistodefineshockandvibrationlevelsthatallmonitorsmustbedesignedtowithstandanddescribestestprocedureforcheckingthat.Packagedproducttestsarecovered.

Application
ThisdocumentappliestoallViewSonic’sLCDmonitors.
IMPORTANT!ThesameindividualdisplayunithastopasstheCOMPLETEPROCEDUREdescribedinthisdocument.Incaseofdamagethetesthastobestartedfromthebeginning,eitherusingthesamerepairedmonitorornewone.
Testequipmentrequirements

2.2Vibrationtesting
Vibrationequipmentmustbecapabletoproduceatleast25mmstroke.40mmisrecommended.
Vibrationtableshouldberigidenoughtoproduceuniformvibrationovertheentiresurface.
2.3Droptestingequipment
Bothinclinedtrackandfreefall-equipmentareacceptable.Incaseofinclinedtrackimpactspeedmustbecontrolled,maximumallowableerroris±3%.Adequateimpactwallrigiditymustbeassured.
Itisrecommendedtousemeasurementequipment,whichproduceaccelerationcurve.Ifnecessarysuitablefilteringmightbeusedtoclarifyresults.[/quote]
