关于HALT的好处就不说了,缺点从其它的书籍看到一些,这里列举出来和大家讨论:

8)Unitsnotreturnedfromthefieldforfurtherfailureprobing;
9)Notcapableofreliabilityprediction;

对于第3)点,我是比较赞同的,我们研究在实际使用中永远不可能出现的失效,这样有意义吗?这样有点浪费时间和研发成本.HALT的理论基础支持可能还是欠缺.
