Thepurposeisfordetectingweakpoint&latentdefectthroughvariouskindsofhighstress(voltage,Temperature,Vibration)androotcausefailureanalysis,correctiveaction.Itimproves
thereliabilityofDTMBduringitstotallifecycle.

1.2Definitions
HALT:HighlyAcceleratedLifeTest.
Grms:Grootmeansquare.
UUT:UnitUnderTest.
UTOL:UpperTemperatureOperationalLimit.Thisisthetemperatureatwhichthesystemstopsfunctioningbutisabletorecover.
LTOL:LowerTemperatureOperationalLimit.Thisisthetemperatureatwhichthesystemstopsfunctioningbutisabletorecover.
UVOL:UpperVoltageOperationalLimit.Thisisthevoltageatwhichthesystemstopsfunctioningbutisabletorecover.
LVOL:LowerVoltageOperationalLimit.Thisisthevoltageatwhichthesystemstopsfunctioningbutisabletorecover.
VOL:VibrationOperationalLimit.ThehighestvibrationlevelatwhichtheUUTwilloperatecompletelycorrectly.
