Responsibilities
•Processdevelopmentandtechnicalsupportofassemblyareasforopticaltransceiverandsub-assembly.
•Collaboratewithengineeringteamtodeterminecriticalfixturesandreviewmanufacturabilityofdesignforhighvolumeandcosteffectiveproduction.
•Improveandexecutereliabilityplan.
•Designandimplementproductqualitysystem.Establishqualitydashboardsormetricsforproblemidentificationandresolution.
•Interfacewithsuppliersandcontractmanufacturerstodeterminerootcauseanddrivecorrectionactions.
Requirements
•BSinEngineeringplusprovenexperienceinopticalcomponentandsubsystemmanufacturingprocessdevelopment.
•StrongknowledgeofGRstandard,qualitymanagementsystem
•GreenBeltorhigherinSixSigmaisbigplus.
•FluencyinEnglish（读写，公司大部分都是中国人和华人）.
•WillingtorelocatetoWuxi.
