RESPONSIBILITIES

1．Gather,document,reportandanalyzealloftheRCFAcasedatathatwillberequiredineverycaseinvestigation.
2．AcquireallofthepertinentcaseinformationfromCisco,itscustomer,andtheproductmanufacturerandengineerspriortobeginningoftheinvestigation.
3．Aspreparationfortheactualcasework.Thisisthe1ststageofRCFAcaseinvestigation.ThepurposeoftheresearchistoenabletheRCFATeaminvestigatorstohaveavailabletothemallofthecasehistory,dataandinformationdocumented,compiledandsavedfortheusebyanyoneworkingonthecase.
4．Understandwhatwillnecessaryfortheprosecutionofthecaseandacquirethatinformation.Willberesponsiblefortheinitialtrendanalysisandcorrelationofcaseinformationtohistoricalrecords.
5．Notonlyunderstandwhatdatawillberequiredtoworkonthecase,butalsoknowhowtoread,analyzeandcorrelatethisdata.
