GR-12211.7.2QualityLevels,定义了3个等级。部分原文如下：
Theterm“qualitylevel”usedinthisGRandothercomponentreliabilitydocuments
indicatesthescopeanddepthofadevicemanufacturer’sand/orequipmentsupplier’s
componentreliabilityassuranceprogram.Itindicatesconfidencethatadevicewill
consistentlymeetorexceeditspredictedreliabilityperformancethroughtheuseof
differentintensitiesinthedevicemanufacturer’sand/orequipmentsupplier’squalification
andlotcontrolpractices.Table1-1definesthreequalitylevels(QualityLevelIisthe
lowest;QualityLevelIIIisthehighest).
