Responsibilities for this position are:
1. chip qualification function in Shanghai;
2. designing the burn-in hardware; vector translation and bring up for IC burn-in service;
3. owns the other reliability qualification such as ESD, HTOL, Latch-up….;
4. working with Atheros overseas experts and local reliability service vendors for IC qualifications.
Some restrictions for the candidates:
1. Experience in IC product or Qualification engineering!
2. Experience in Burn-in Board design, vector translation & bring up
3. Trouble shooting capability in Hardware & vector
4. Good comprehension in IC reliability qualification (Burn-in, ESD, HTOL, Latch-up…)
5. Good relationship with burn-in service lab as a plus .
6. Good communication skills in English with overseas experts
