Reliability & Component Engineer
Job description:
· Analyze product usage environment and review/modify reliability spec;
· Develop reliability test plan and ORT Matrix;
· Review design concepts, organize design FMEA and identify potential reliability concerns/issues;
· Review and approve critical component specifications.
· Conduct or review reliability and component tests to validate the integrity of the design and manufacturing quality. Deliverables: Reliability spec, FMEA (reliability), List of potential design issues, Reliability test plans and reports, system On-going reliability (ORT) plan. Specs of critical components, component qualification and ORT reports.
Requirements:
· At least MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics;
· Fluent spoken and written English;
· Deep knowledge in statistics, failure analysis, design of experiment (DOE), design FMEA;
· 5 years working experience in reliability engineering, quality control, and hardware testing of electronic components and systems;
· Good English communication skills and willing/able to travel to USA.
