欧盟修订食品接触塑料法规

据欧盟网站消息，2月6日欧盟发布（EU）No 2015/174委员会条例，就食品接触的塑料物料和制品修订（EU） No 10/2011号条例，本法规自公布后第20日起开始生效。

2015年2月26日以前执行（EU） No 10/2011条例的塑料材料与制品仍可继续流通至2016年2月26日，直至库存用完。（EU） No 10/2011条例列出了可用于塑料材料与制品的一系列许可物质。

（1） Annex I to Commission Regulation （EU） No 10/2011 （2） establishes a Union list of authorised substances （‘the Union list’） which may be used in the manufacture of plastic materials and articles.
