职位描述：
– Ph.D., Master’s or bachelor’s degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation control etc
– at least 8 to 10 years’ engineering background in the field of power electronics, international company with China design presence background is preferred, 3 to 5 design experience plus 5 to 7 years of reliability experience
– Very good understanding of the power electronics product
–with very good knowledge of reliability including the tools, equipment, test plans such as Components Design derating guideline, Dual source plan, High temperature & Lo temperature operation test, Thermal cycle test, Thermal shock test, Salt spray test, HALT test, HASS test, others
— Have proven and successful history
– Results-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others
– Able to work independently and under pressure
– Good English and Chinese communication skill
– Computer skills (MS-Office, Outlook)
