职位描述：
1. 负责客户返回仪表的失效分析。
To conduct electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine root cause of failure.
2. 撰写失效分析报告并与客户及销售工程师沟通失效分析结果。确保改进产品及生产过程的纠正措施及时执行。
Be responsible for generating all formal reports from test results and communicates results effectively to customers. Ensure immediate corrective action to drive production process improvement.
3. 与全球失效分析实验室定期进行技术沟通并协助功能部门进行产品的开发及过程改进。
Communicate with global FA team regularly and work with functional team for product development and process development.
4. 为客户提供技术支持，必要时拜访客户。
Provide technical support for customer key issue and visiting customer as necessary.
5. 确保实验室设备能力满足新产品分析的要求。
Ensure materials and failure analysis capabilities required to support advanced process technology and product development are in place.
6. 执行和完善实验室设备的使用守则、维护规范、管理规范和实验室的5S和安全规范，保持一个安全、整洁、有序和有效的工作环境。
