模糊可靠性计算的一种方法

摘 要: 通常可以将模糊可靠性问题转化为常规可靠性问题来计算机械零件的模糊可靠性。由于模糊可靠性问题的复杂性, 一般不会得到计算模糊可靠性的解析式, 这时可以将其展开成级数的形式, 得到模糊可靠性计算的级数表达式, 或者得到转换的常规可靠性的级数表达式, 然后再用仿真法估计机械零件的模糊可靠性。采取本文的方法, 可以减少可靠性分析的计算量, 在一些特殊的情况下, 计算量会大大地减少。

Abstract: The fuzzy reliability of mach ine parts can be calculated by means of the t ransfo rmat ion from the p roblem
of fuzzy reliability into the p roblem of general reliability. Because of the comp lexity of the p roblem of fuzzy reliability, generally speak ing, the analyt ical equat ion of calculat ing fuzzy reliability can no t be obtained. In th is case, if it can be exp ressed as a p rogression, then the p rogression of calculat ing fuzzy reliabilitymay be obtained, o r the p ro2
gression of calculat ing general reliability may be obtained and the simulat ion method is used to est imate the fuzzy
reliability of mach ine parts. By using the app roach put fo rw ard in th is paper, the calculat ion overhead fo r analyzing
fuzzy reliability w ill decrease, somet imes decrease great ly.
