具有删失数据的机械产品寿命评估

摘 要 :机械零部件寿命试验数据存在删失和不精密特点，本文利用生存分析中删失数据的统计分析方法，采用指数分布和威布尔分布的参数估计法，对高速响应电磁阀寿命试验数据的处理进行了研究。
