Job Title: Reliability engineer

Brief Description of Job Function
|
Responsibilities: (Note: list out 3-5 key responsibilities)
Co-work with team members to improve Reliability design process and test skill, make the Reliability design input to product life cycle as earlier as possible; and make reliability issue can be efficiency detected at the early stage.
Reliability assessment and qualification on new products and product design changes, process & material for performance improvement or cost-down projects
Define reliability-assessment/qualification plans, Understand case background from technical information to statistic data, and generate comprehensive reliability-assessment/qualification reports.
Assessment of reliability risk and defining containment actions on product defects; participate/drive the root cause analysis and corrective actions with follow up check & standardizations
Aperiodicity training Reliability knowledge for related department members.

Education &
Knowledge Required
|
Bachelor or above degree in reliability engineering or relevant
Preferably good understanding of the reliability theory and statistics
Minimal 6 years Reliability or R&D experience in the multinational company in relevant industries

Experience
Required
|
.
With full-scale system reliability development concept.
Extensive technical knowledge to be developed (raw material, components, manufacturing process, product testing & product design)
With the capability to independently deal with all Reliability test(including test plan, test schedule and test report)
With advanced knowledge for HALT and HASS.
Required good technical assessment and report writing

Requirements
|
Capable of managing programs, products and people.
Fluent English with speaking and writing.
Outstanding communication skill with internal and external customer.
