欧盟审查噻虫胺与噻虫嗪的最大残留限量

据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，12月4日欧盟食品安全局就审查噻虫胺（clothianidin）与噻虫嗪（thiamethoxam）的最大残留限量发布意见。

为了解两种农药在植物、加工商品、轮作农作物以及牲畜中的最大残留限量，EFSA审查了91/414/EEC号指令当中的结论、食品法典委员会限量以及成员国报告的欧盟许可。

在现有数据基础之上，得出最大残留限量提案并开展了消费者风险评估。最终由于相关数据不完善，部分拟定最大残留限量尚需进一步研究。

According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the Maximum Residue Levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substances thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim. In order to assess the occurrence of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazimresidues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 Based>
