美国FDA建议瓶装水氟化物含量不超过0.7 mg/L

据美国食品药品管理局（FDA）消息，为与美国公共健康服务部的用水健康建议保持一致，美国FDA提议瓶装水氟化物含量不超过0.7 mg/L。

向水中添加氟化物，可防止儿童与成人蛀牙。然而儿童暴露于高浓度的氟化物会导致氟斑牙的出现。鉴于此，美国公共健康服务部对相关研究进行了审查，对社区的供水体系提出了更合理的氟化物浓度。

In concert with a new U.S. Public Health Service （PHS） recommendation for fluoride levels in community water systems, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration （FDA） has letter to industry recommending that bottled water manufacturers, distributors and importers limit the amount of fluoride they add to bottled water so that it contains no more than 0.7 milligrams per liter （mg/L）。 The new PHS recommendation was developed by a panel of scientists from several federal agencies, who undertook an extensive review of the scientific literature>
