Job Summary:
● Failure analysis for customer complain parts
● Support trouble shooting in customer side

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Lead failure analysis for customer complain parts
● Define failure analysis concept for new product
● Regular summary analysis data
● Open QC in SAP
● Support trouble shooting in customer side

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor degree with electrical major
● At least 5 years working experience of related area in automotive industry, quality or production
● Well know how to develop and perform failure analysis for a new product (especially for electrical )
● Experienced in trouble shooting in customer side.
● Battery related industry background is preferred
